Gmail and Outlook Integration

Claritist is the first GTD application that integrates directly with Gmail and Outlook, there is no need to forward an email to Claritist, just move it to a Gmail Label or Outlook Folder with your favourite client, and Claritist will take it on from there. Claritist even supports linking multiple account labels and folders!

After Claritist imported the emails, they will now show up in the configured list. They can be assigned due dates, added with notes, assigned to a project. When the email is responded to and removed from the label or folder, it will be automatically removed from Claritist's list.

Claritist will pick up the Message-ID field from the email, so that it will let you jump to that particular email in iOS Mail! The Message-ID can also be copied to other tasks or notes.
